La línea Folkloric de congas de Pearl presenta una apariencia tradicional con la innovación moderna que solo Pearl puede ofrecer. Cada tambor de roble de 30» de alto está diseñado para tocar sentado, pero incluye soportes para quienes prefieren tocar de pie. Los parches de piel natural más gruesos, de estilo sudamericano, le otorgan un sonido cálido, mientras que un recubrimiento de gel de fibra de vidrio en el interior sella el casco y aporta la proyección y el volumen que buscan los músicos de hoy. Cuatro bandas de refuerzo de acero pulido incrustadas en el casco ofrecen un toque suave, y los aros tradicionales completan estos impresionantes instrumentos cubanos.
